CMM Turnkey Solutions
Our turnkey solutions provide you with a fully automated solution for your ZEISS CMM. Our team will take care of all facets of your project from fixture design and build to on-site installation and push button automation.
ZEISS Turnkey solutions are a premier way to convert your ZEISS CMM into an at-line gage to control your process.
As we enter the "digital" age, CMM programming remains a required skillset but perhaps it is not a full time requirement for your organization. ZEISS removes the requirement for having extremely skilled programmers on-site or can assist with an overflow of programming requirements on your current staff. ZEISS partners with our customers to provide true push button automation with unmatched expertise. Through our extensive network of metrology engineering, we can even provide solutions for competitive equipment.

Common Applications:
ZEISS is an industry leading, globally recognized metrology organization providing world class metrology services to its customers.
Advantages:
The ZEISS Turnkey Solutions include:
Every project starts with a consultative meeting to fully understand our customer's needs.
Following the consultation, we put together a solution quotation that covers the discussed scope of work, ZEISS solution deliverables, timing and pricing.
After the quote is reviewed, we will make any necessary revisions. Once approved by your team and the order is entered, the process begins.
The first step in our process is designing a robust fixture, approved by you, to hold your parts. Our engineers have worked with everything from small injection molded plastic to large automotive castings. Our wide range of experience gives us insight into any problems that may occur and how to avoid them. We then test the fixture to ensure a firm hold that will be robust and repeatable.
All of our metrology engineers are expertly trained in CALYPSO and are GD&T professionals. We write a peer reviewed CALYPSO program using best practices and prove this out at one of our Quality Excellence Centers. We perform a precision to tolerance ( P/T ) ratio repeatability test at this time to ensure the program is robust.
After we have proven the CALYPSO program out at one of our Quality Excellence Centers, we come on-site to delivery your Turnkey Solution and perform any GR&R necessary. We can set up Autorun screens for operator use and get sign off from the customer. This process is designed for a seamless, easy to use solution to our customers.
Measurement results with high accuracy are particularly important for quality assurance. Bridge coordinate measuring machines from ZEISS have a precise probe system that guarantees high measuring speed. The various solutions and systems can be tailored directly to individual requirements.
Despite its small size, ZEISS MICURA makes no compromises when it comes to accuracy. ZEISS MICURA comes standard with the VAST XT gold scanning sensor from ZEISS and navigator technology.
ZEISS CONTURA enables you to be prepared today for the measurement requirements of tomorrow: The new generation is equipped with the mass technology and, thanks to a common interface, enables simple switching between different sensor technologies in just a few simple steps. In addition to innovative options such as measuring in four axes using a flexible rotary table, an automated probe changing system or the HTG option (for larger temperature ranges), the device also stands for first-class performance, ergonomics and future security.
Are performance and precision your top priorities? With its wide range of configurations, the ZEISS ACCURA measuring machine can be tailored to your needs – and budget.
Over the last 25 years ZEISS PRISMO has become synonymous around the world for high-speed scanning and maximum accuracy in the measuring lab. PRISMO from ZEISS is a reference in precision measurement and follows the ISO quality standards entirely. An essential in a world where precision matters the most and compromises on accuracy are not acceptable.
Quality assurance should be performed at the site of production. This is how manufacturing errors can best be identified and even avoided in the best case scenario. We not only provide the answer to this customer requirement with our MaxLine, but are continuing to enhance it.
ZEISS DuraMax eliminates the need for fixed gauges. Equipped with the VAST XXT scanning sensor from ZEISS, it can even be used to capture contours and freeform surfaces. A rough production environment? No match for ZEISS DuraMax.

ZEISS CenterMax can be directly integrated into a production line. Vibrations from processing centers are effectively damped. Its variable workpiece base makes it ideal for automated loading.
ZEISS O-INSPECT multi-sensor measuring machines enable to optimally measure each characteristic in compliance with ISO-10360 - optically or by contact.
